Mr. Kraus has been a guest speaker on public access television, on KPFK radio, and in front of many business organizations. He is a guest lecturer at the UCLA Anderson School of Business lecturing on strategic planning, product development, business turn-arounds, sales and manufacturing. His current classes at UCLA include Extreme Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Krauss explains his approach saying, “I trust that the attendees would like to hear about successful tactics I’ve used with my clients and students which allowed them to better utilize their skills and resources to increase sales, improve cash flow, and produce more profits during the depression.” Mr. Kraus focuses on proven methods and strategies that illustrate how to schedule and measure marketing and sales activities to produce measurable results in sales. He will illustrate the basics of using viral, grass roots, and buzz approaches to securing new customers and sales with ease.
